Full mouth restoration means replacing all the teeth in one or both jaws with fixed, implant-supported teeth. The approach depends on your specific clinical situation, how much bone is available, how many teeth remain, and what outcome you are looking for.
The most common approach is All-on-4, a full arch of fixed teeth supported by four strategically placed implants per jaw. For patients with more available bone, more implants may be used to provide additional support. For patients with more significant bone loss, advanced techniques including zygomatic implants remove the need for bone grafting entirely.

On the day of surgery, any remaining teeth that cannot be retained are carefully removed and all implants are placed in the same appointment. This is work I have been doing for over a decade, using techniques I teach at Masters level at the University of Manchester.
