Dental implants are the gold standard for replacing missing teeth. They are also a meaningful financial investment. I want to be honest about both of those things.
What I also want to be honest about is this: through 0% finance with Tabeo, the monthly cost of implant treatment is often far closer to what patients expect than the headline total figure suggests. A single tooth implant starting from £2,550 becomes approximately £213 per month over 12 months at 0% interest. A full arch reconstruction starting from £15,500 becomes approximately £1,292 per month.
The treatment is identical. The outcome is identical. The only difference is how and when you pay for it.

What 0% interest actually means
It means the total cost of your treatment does not increase because you spread it. You pay the same amount whether you pay upfront in full or across 12 monthly instalments. There is no added interest, no arrangement fee, and no premium for choosing to finance your treatment.
How the monthly payment is calculated
Your monthly payment is your confirmed treatment cost divided by 12. That is the complete calculation. If your treatment plan comes to £2,550, your monthly payment over 12 months is £212.50. If it comes to £5,000, your monthly payment is £416.67. No more, no less.
What happens beyond 12 months
Where a longer repayment period is needed or preferred, Tabeo offer finance terms beyond 12 months. An APR applies to these extended terms. The exact APR, the total repayable amount, and the monthly payment for any term beyond 12 months are all discussed and shown to you in writing at your consultation, before you commit to anything.

Finance is applied for through Tabeo at your consultation or in the days that follow. The application is straightforward and a decision is typically provided quickly. My team will walk you through the process at your free 3D Smile Assessment.
What finance is available on
0% finance through Tabeo is available on all implant treatments at both my Northwich and Wilmslow practices. This includes single tooth implants, implant-retained bridges, implant-retained dentures, bone grafting, the Gold Package, the Platinum Package, and the Zygomatic Package.
What does the monthly payment actually look like?
The table below shows indicative monthly payments at 0% interest over 12 months for the main treatments at my practices. Your exact figure is based on your confirmed treatment cost.

How implant costs compare when you look at the full picture
Dental implants have a higher upfront cost than alternative tooth replacement options. That is true. What is less often said is how that cost compares over a 10, 15, or 20-year period.
A partial denture typically needs replacing every five to eight years. Over 20 years that means three to four replacements, plus the ongoing cost of adhesive, cleaning products, and any adjustments needed as the jawbone changes beneath it.
A dental bridge typically lasts 10 to 15 years before it needs replacing. It also requires the permanent alteration of the two healthy teeth on either side, which carries its own long-term clinical and cost implications.
A dental implant, maintained with normal brushing, flossing, and regular check-ups, can last a lifetime. The crown on top may need replacing after 15 to 20 years. The titanium root component, once integrated, does not.
When patients look at the full picture across 20 or 30 years, the cost of a dental implant is almost always more competitive than it appears on first comparison. And with 0% finance over 12 months, the month-to-month cost is typically far more manageable than patients expect before they come in.
