Last updated: 2/06/2026
These terms and conditions apply when you use our website and when you book or receive services from Heritage Smile Group. Please read them carefully. By using our website, making an enquiry, or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Using our website
The content on our website is provided for general information about our practices and the treatments we offer. It is not a substitute for a professional dental assessment or clinical advice. Any treatment information, including indicative prices and timelines, is general guidance only. The right treatment, the cost, and the timeline for your individual situation can only be confirmed after a clinical assessment.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete or free from error at all times. We may change or update the content on the website at any time.
The website, including its text, design, and images, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright. You may view and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any part of it without our permission.
Appointments and the free 3D Smile Assessment
The free 3D Smile Assessment is offered without charge and without obligation to proceed with treatment. It includes a clinical assessment, a cone beam CT scan, and a discussion of your options. You will receive a written treatment plan and cost breakdown, and you are under no obligation to go ahead.
When you book any appointment, we ask that you give us reasonable notice if you need to cancel or rearrange. [INSERT CANCELLATION NOTICE PERIOD, FOR EXAMPLE 48 HOURS.] We reserve the right to apply a charge for appointments cancelled with less than the required notice or for missed appointments. [INSERT MISSED APPOINTMENT / LATE CANCELLATION POLICY AND ANY CHARGE.]
Treatment, quotations, and deposits
Any quotation we provide is based on the clinical information available at the time of assessment. If your clinical needs change during treatment, or if additional treatment becomes necessary, we will discuss this with you and confirm any change in cost before proceeding.
Where a deposit is required to secure a treatment booking, the amount and the terms will be explained to you in writing before you pay. [INSERT DEPOSIT TERMS AND WHETHER DEPOSITS ARE REFUNDABLE.]
Payment terms for treatment, including when payment is due, will be set out in your treatment plan. [INSERT PAYMENT TERMS AND ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS.]
Finance
We offer the option to spread the cost of treatment through finance provided by Tabeo. Subject to status, treatment may be available over 12 months at 0% interest, with longer repayment terms available where an APR applies.
Heritage Smile Group is a credit broker, not a lender. Finance is provided by the lender, subject to their terms, eligibility, and approval. Finance is subject to status and affordability checks. To apply, you must meet the lender’s eligibility criteria, which typically include being a UK resident of a minimum number of years and over a minimum age. The exact terms, the monthly repayment, and any interest payable will be confirmed to you in writing before you enter into any agreement.
[INSERT REQUIRED FCA / REGULATORY DISCLOSURE WORDING AND CREDIT BROKER REGISTRATION DETAILS AS CONFIRMED BY THE CLIENT OR THEIR ADVISER.]
Your obligations as a patient
To help us provide safe and effective care, we ask that you provide accurate and complete information about your medical history, medication, and dental history, and that you tell us about any changes. We also ask that you follow the aftercare guidance we provide, attend any review appointments, and contact us promptly if you have any concerns following treatment.
The success and longevity of dental treatment, including implant treatment, depends in part on factors within your control, including oral hygiene, attendance at maintenance appointments, and lifestyle factors that will be discussed with you. We will always explain these clearly.
Reviews and patient stories
Where we publish patient reviews and treatment stories on our website, these are genuine accounts shared with consent. They describe individual experiences and outcomes. Dental treatment outcomes vary from person to person, and the experience described by one patient is not a guarantee of the outcome for another. Your own assessment will establish what is appropriate and achievable for you.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Subject to the above, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or from reliance on general information published on it, where that information was not specific clinical advice given to you following an assessment.
Our responsibility for the dental care we provide is governed by our professional and clinical obligations and by the law, and is not limited by this section.
Complaints
We aim to provide a high standard of care and service. If something has not met your expectations, we want to know so we can put it right. Our Complaints Procedure explains how to raise a concern and how we will handle it. Please refer to that page or contact either practice directly.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal and regulatory reasons. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. The terms that apply are those in force at the time you use our website or services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The placeholders to settle with the client before publishing are the registered entity and company number, the cancellation and missed-appointment policy, the deposit and payment terms, the refund position, and the FCA-compliant finance and credit broker wording. That last one is the one I’d most strongly flag for a professional to confirm, since credit broking has specific disclosure rules and the exact phrasing matters.
That now gives you the full legal set: Cookie Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms and Conditions. The Complaints Procedure is referenced in the T&Cs but not yet written, so that’s the natural next one if you want the legal pages complete. Want me to do it?
