Helping this patient achieve her transformation has been a great journey. We carried out an immediate placement of Osstem implants and multi-unit abutments and placed a temporary bridge on the day. After 12 weeks, we then went through stages of impressions and try-in to achieve the right Aesthetic look for this lovely patient. Achieving the right angulations for the implants to support the prosthesis was crucial to achieving a good AP spread to distribute the load.
